Sarah is a heart-centered wellness advocate, devoted to helping others live with purpose, strength, and connection. She’s also a proud mom to two amazing kids, her 16-year-old son and her 14-year-old daughter, who has cerebral palsy and continues to be one of her greatest teachers in life.
With a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and expertise in alternative treatments for health and wellness, Sarah brings a unique, holistic approach to healing and personal growth. She is particularly knowledgeable in stem cell therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and frequency-based therapies, modalities she has explored and embraced both personally and professionally. Her passion lies in helping families discover options that support deeper healing, improved quality of life, and lasting well-being.
Sarah is especially committed to supporting fellow moms, particularly those raising children with disabilities, believing that no one should walk this path alone. She knows firsthand that connection makes everything better.
Whether she’s playing pickleball, flowing through a hot yoga class, or simply watching birds in the quiet of nature, Sarah finds strength and joy in the present moment. She lives by the belief that sharing our stories and supporting one another is how we heal, grow, and thrive together.
Live well, love strong.
