Caring for a child with disabilities can be one of the most meaningful, and at times, one of the hardest experiences we will ever face. And while friends and family may care, no one truly understands like another parent or caregiver walking a similar path.
That’s why we created Caregiver Connection, a Live Well. Love Strong. Program. It’s a simple, heart-centered way to bring caregivers together—so none of us have to do this alone.

Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Caregivers—moms, dads, and guardians alike—complete a brief questionnaire. Using this information, we thoughtfully match participants based on shared experiences, family situations, and personal preferences. Whether you’re a seasoned caregiver wanting to give back or a parent just beginning your journey, this program offers a space for genuine connection and mutual support.
We learn a bit about your story, your child’s needs, and what kind of support feels right for you.
Then we thoughtfully match you with another caregiver—someone who gets it.
Step 2
From there, you decide how to connect.
It can be as easy as occasional text check-ins, a monthly phone call, a video chat, or even meeting in person if that feels right. There’s no pressure, no structure you have to follow—just support at a pace that feels natural.
This isn’t medical advice or professional counseling. It’s peer-to-peer support grounded in our core values:

Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and understood. And what often begins as a simple connection…
